Mission The group Les Roseaux is a care facility for five adults (non-verbal) with severe intellectual disabilities and associated disorders. Care emphasizes activities in small groups and individually. The main objectives are predictability, organization, and creating a balance between activity and letting go, as well as embracing the paradoxes that define this group. Supporting a person at Les Roseaux means: - Providing individualized support in daily activities and various learning processes - Being kind and approachable.
