Join our team as a Consumer Marketing Specialist and help bring Atomic’s brand to life across EMEA through exciting consumer events, ambassador collaborations, and omnichannel activations. If you’re passionate about sports, community, and creating memorable brand experiences, we want to hear from you.
What you will be doing:
Develop and execute strategic media and digital campaign plans to boost brand visibility and engagement across Switzerland and selected EMEA markets.
Plan and manage B2C and B2B events, ensuring strong execution and positive feedback from participants.
Lead and grow ambassador and influencer communities, including event planning, content coordination, and performance tracking.
Manage and activate local social media channels while leading localized, ambassador-driven content and campaign.
Coordinate consumer-facing activations in alignment with HQ, sharing best practices and aligning with the wider Atomic team.
Manage product seeding and sampling within the ambassador community in collaboration with the Marketing Manager.
Analyze and report on campaign performance and consumer insights to continuously improve communication strategies.
Your profile and required competencies:
Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
2+ years of experience in marketing or the Alpine, Backcountry Touring, or Cross-Country sports community
Experience in the ski or sports industry is a strong advantage
Solid experience in digital and social media marketing, including tools like Facebook Business Manager, Adobe Creative Suite, and the Wooly platform
Fluent in English; good command of French
Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
Analytical, results-oriented thinker with strategic vision
A collaborative spirit and ability to contribute to team success across departments and regions
