What will you do?
* As an AEM, contribute to various phases of the sales lifecycle, focusing on client relationship management and business development (farming) in our financial division.
* Manage relationships with key client personnel and CXOs, understanding the organizational culture of the client.
* Present and sell concepts to clients, influencing them to award business based on capability and track record.
* Conduct research and competitor analysis to define strategies for favorable outcomes.
* Review sales and pursuit plans, and business pipelines with leadership to ensure targets are met.
* Have expert knowledge of MSA and other contract processes and standards, understanding their nuances and interdependencies.
* Lead client presentations, workshops, and negotiate pricing and MSAs.
* Provide input for building alliances with relevant product and service vendors.
Qualifications:
* Proven success in farming business solutions and managing clients in the Resources division.
* Strong experience in business development, account management, and relationship management, especially in growing existing accounts.
* Experience engaging with C / C-1 level client contacts.
* Understanding of the Global Delivery Model and the IT service industry.
* Experience managing large, multi-location consulting teams is desirable.
* Hands-on experience in proposal creation and leading presentations.
* Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
* Experience with a variety of IT and business consulting engagements.
