Key Role Summary
Our organization is seeking an accomplished legal expert to assume a key role in supporting our client relationship managers and the management team. This position entails providing comprehensive legal advisory services, ensuring the provision of exceptional banking services to clients, and fostering a collaborative environment.
Job Responsibilities
* Deliver authoritative legal advice on various matters, primarily related to our Zurich branch.
* Collaborate with client relationship managers and the management team to address complex legal issues arising from daily business operations.
* Handle diverse legal matters and coordinate with external legal counsel (in litigation cases, for legal opinions, etc.).
* Prepare and review standardized and non-standardized agreements between our organization and clients or third-party entities.
* Provide guidance on significant banking, regulatory, or corporate projects and training initiatives.
* Process requests from authorities and courts.
Profile Requirements
* Swiss Bar admission required.
* Minimum 7 years of practical experience in a legal department of a Swiss bank, preferably in Private Banking.
* Ability to weigh problems and set priorities effectively.
* Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* High work ethics, integrity, and accountability.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Fluency in German and English.
* Very good command in French and/or Italian is advantageous.
