Maintain cash and bank account reports
Manage accounts payable and advise the Director on payments to be made
Prepare periodic trial balances, balance sheets, and profit and loss accounts for the Company and its group companies
Prepare accounts for the Group
Prepare budgets and cash flow forecasts
Prepare variance analysis between budgeted and actual performance
Prepare reports, monitor expenditure, and report accordingly
Maintain the filing system X Finance department
Prepare any other monthly financial reports
