Job Summary
* The Project Manager of the Morpheus Program is responsible for transforming the EDC Courcelles facility to accommodate 2025-2035 franchise inventory/volume and migration to MedTech Archetypes, driving operational and cost efficiency through appropriate equipment, processes, and systems.
* This role involves managing the project team (Operations, Deliver Engineering, Engineering & Property Service, Quality, Finance, IT), ensuring project delivery within budget and schedule, and stakeholder management, especially given the project's complexity and financial scale.
* The Program Leader prepares reviews, presents to senior leaders, manages internal and external stakeholders (e.g., local authorities, architects, consultants), and works closely with interdependent project leaders like LEGO and Transcend. They oversee the site’s transformation while maintaining service and compliance for MedTech products.
* Additionally, the Program Leader is part of the EDC Leadership Team, working on interdependent projects and anticipating external and internal impacts.
Responsibilities
In accordance with all relevant laws, regulations, and Johnson & Johnson policies, this position:
* Leads and coordinates efforts of an interdisciplinary team transforming the EDC Courcelles Distribution Center.
* Facilitates cross-functional collaboration to achieve project goals, interfacing with necessary organizations for successful project implementation.
* Develops and manages project plans, timelines, resources, and budgets, owning processes, tools, and metrics related to project management.
* Aligns project objectives with stakeholders, manages deliverables, and employs change management strategies to ensure deployment and adoption.
* Identifies and manages project risks, develops contingency plans, and reports to sponsors and committees.
* Conceptualizes and shapes supply chain end-to-end capabilities, creating business cases and defining requirements.
* Communicates effectively across all workstreams, managing interdependencies and providing reliable updates to leadership and stakeholders.
* Manages stakeholder relationships across global business units and regional functions.
* Establishes change management processes and conducts lessons learned evaluations to improve future projects.
Experience and Education
Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Business Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Computer Science, or related fields; a Master’s degree or MBA is a plus. A minimum of 10 years’ experience in supply chain, customer service, planning, transport, distribution, IT, or engineering is required. Experience in large international corporations, MedTech, or pharmaceuticals is advantageous. Certification in project management (e.g., FPX Project Leader) is necessary, with additional certifications in supply chain (e.g., APICS), process improvement (Six Sigma, Lean), or Agile methodologies considered a plus. Experience with logistics automation, construction projects, NPI, acquisitions, ERP systems, warehouse moves, cold chain, and reverse logistics is beneficial. Fluency in English is required; French is a plus.
