Description
Camarillo Fitness Holdings, LLC is seeking an experienced and data-driven Sales Manager to lead the Internal Outreach Specialist team and drive company-wide business-to-business (B2B) sales growth. This role is responsible for achieving operational excellence in lead conversion, optimizing sales performance metrics, and cultivating strategic partnerships that enhance overall studio profitability. The Sales Manager will collaborate closely with local studio leadership and the marketing team to align sales strategies with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership and Performance Management
 * Directly manage and develop the Internal Outreach Specialist team, ensuring consistent execution of lead follow-up, booking, and conversion activities.
 * Oversee and achieve team performance metrics.
 * Monitor daily and weekly reports, analyze trends, and provide coaching to improve individual and team performance.
 * Establish structured performance reviews and recognition programs to promote accountability and retention.
Sales Strategy and Cross-Functional Collaboration
 * Partner with local studio managers to develop and implement sales playbooks tailored to each market’s demographics and business environment.
 * Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation campaigns, refine messaging, and improve quality of inbound and outbound leads.
 * Develop and maintain standardized sales processes, scripts, and follow-up cadences to ensure efficiency and consistency across all studios.
 * Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership regarding conversion trends, staffing needs, and operational improvements.
 * Identify, pursue, and secure B2B partnerships and corporate memberships across all Camarillo Fitness Holdings markets.
 * Manage a personal B2B pipeline with clearly defined targets.
 * Maintain active engagement with local business communities, chambers of commerce, and corporate wellness networks.
 * Structure partnership proposals, negotiate contract terms, and oversee post-sale relationship management.
Qualifications
 * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
 * Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in sales management, business development, or multi-site operations, ideally in the fitness, wellness, or service industries.
 * Proven ability to meet or exceed sales KPIs and revenue targets.
 * Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
 * Demonstrated leadership and coaching experience in a metrics-driven environment.
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 * Proficiency in CRM platforms and data reporting tools.
 * Must reside within a commutable distance to Orangetheory Fitness studios operated by Camarillo Fitness Holdings, LLC.

Salary Description: $55,000 - $60,000 /yr + commissions
