Job Overview
The Senior Analyst, Campus Programs, EMEA recruiter is responsible for managing the execution of full‑time and internship early‑career programs across multiple regions. This role encompasses end‑to‑end campus recruitment efforts and program management, including onboarding, learning and development initiatives, and stakeholder engagement. The position works closely with senior leaders, the People Team, and regional partners to ensure alignment with organisational goals and the delivery of impactful early‑career development experiences.
Position requires 5 days per week of office presence.
Your Roles & Responsibilities
Program Management
* Oversee all aspects of undergraduate and MBA programs, including recruitment, internships, and full‑time placements.
* Design and execute learning and development opportunities tailored to program participants.
* Maintain and manage a programming calendar, including events, learning opportunities, and People Team initiatives.
* Plan and execute events to foster engagement and networking among participants, managers, teams, and senior leaders.
* Manage internship project collection, selection, and communication processes.
* Coordinate rotation placements, ensuring alignment with business needs and participant satisfaction.
* Lead manager, buddy, and onboarding training sessions for program participants.
Recruitment & Onboarding
* Manage recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, identifying talent pipelines, and building relationships with target institutions.
* Create communication strategies to engage new hires from the time of offer to their start date.
* Ensure onboarding processes are seamless, collaborating with payroll, internal communications, and senior leaders.
* Facilitate compliance with all recruitment‑related regulations and maintain accurate candidate and program participant records.
Analytics & Reporting
* Design surveys and assessments to measure engagement and program effectiveness.
* Analyse feedback and survey data to generate actionable insights and improve programs.
* Prepare reports and presentations for leadership using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Employee Relations & Development
* Serve as a point of contact for program participants, providing guidance on career development, performance management and program progression.
* Build strong relationships with People Business Partners and other stakeholders to ensure participant success.
* Plan and host networking and social events, occasionally outside of standard work hours.
Your Skills & Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
* 1–4 years of experience in talent acquisition, early‑career program management or HR‑related fields.
* Proficiency in sourcing techniques and tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter; experience with ATS platforms (Workday is strongly preferred).
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Forms, SharePoint and Outlook).
* Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to plan and execute events, manage multiple priorities and work cross‑functionally.
* Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
* Eligibility to work in Switzerland without work‑permit sponsorship.
