Responsibilities
Represent the hotel in exemplary manner.
Handle reservations and related guest correspondence.
Check-in and check-out of hotel guests.
Prepare for arrivals and departures.
Accept reservations for table and house events.
Sell vouchers using the E-Guma system.
Provide professional and friendly service to guests.
Manage room bookings and cancellations.
Monitor room rates and room contingencies.
Adjust prices and perform yield management, invoicing, control, and monitoring of revenues and expenses at the reception.
Qualifications
Completed training in hospitality.
Several years of experience at the reception, preferably in a supervisory position.
Experience in yield management.
Proficient with Hotelsoftware Fidelio Suite8 and MS Office.
Excellent language skills in German and English (written and spoken).
High resilience and initiative.
Friendly and charming attitude.
Secure and competent presence.
