We are seeking a skilled Chef de Rang to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role within a fine dining or high-end restaurant.
About the Role:
* Provide exceptional table service and ensure guests have a memorable dining experience.
* Taking orders and delivering food and beverages efficiently.
* Advising guests on menu choices and pairing wines with dishes.
* Supervising junior staff while maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
To be successful, you will need strong knowledge of food, wine, and service etiquette as well as excellent customer service skills. You must also be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
