AM Associate Director/Director/Senior Director
• Sustain and nurture solid relationships with key clients through effective communication and problem solving.
• Identify customer business needs; provide solutions using PharmaBlock’s product, technology platform, and services.
• Negotiate and prepare sales contracts; manage records of sales, revenue, and other important data.
• Assist project managers in monitoring ongoing projects:
1. Lead project initiation and planning efforts. Participate in project implementation and execution.
2. Facilitate weekly project meetings as needed.
3. Closely monitor project progress to ensure deliverables are client-focused, results-oriented, performance-driven, and compliant with quality standards.
• Collect feedback to improve PharmaBlock team performance, build trust with customers, and grow the business.
• Support business development by participating in customer visits, conferences, or tradeshows.
Qualifications:
* Masters (MS) or PhD in chemistry.
* At least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or CRO/CMO industry, preferably in API process R&D and manufacturing and/or Drug Product R&D and manufacturing.
* Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required.
* Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation). Highly organized and detail-oriented.
* Experience in project management or managing external research collaborations, with PMP certification preferred.
* Self-starter, self-motivated, highly flexible; this is a home-based position with 10-20% travel.
