PbA leading Swiss real estate and construction group in Plan-les-Ouates is seeking a Project Manager (MEP/CVSE) to drive complex, high-impact development projects across the full lifecycle. /b /p pResponsibilities /p liOversee MEP (CVSE) packages throughout the entire project lifecycle /li liActively participate in site meetings and monitor the work of contractors and subcontractors /li liEnsure high-quality execution of construction works /li liValidate MEP schedules and ensure deadlines are met /li liCoordinate closely with other technical disciplines for MEP requirements /li liEnsure quality, compliance, and adherence to project timelines /li liManage financial and administrative aspects of projects /li liIdentify opportunities to optimize project performance and efficiency /li liRepresent the company professionally with clients, partners, and stakeholders /li pRequirements /p liDegree in engineering (EPF, HES, or equivalent) or in MEP-related disciplines /li liSeveral years of experience within a general contractor or MEP-related company (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.) /li liStrong knowledge of Swiss construction standards (SIA) /li liSolid analytical, negotiation, and optimization skills /li liAbility to work independently with strong organizational skills /li liResults-driven mindset with the ability to align stakeholders toward project goals /li liLeadership mindset with decision-making capabilities /li liProven experience managing large-scale projects /li liStrong problem-solving skills, responsiveness, and ability to anticipate challenges /li liExcellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills /li If you are motivated, passionate and dedicated, feel free to send your resume.
