Order Management Team Lead Role Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Order Management Specialists, working across multiple locations.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team of Order Management Specialists to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
* Develop and implement Continuous Improvement initiatives to improve productivity and workload balance within the team.
* Maintain processes to achieve team goals and collaborate with other teams across the organization.
* Resolve invoice disputes with Sales Managers, Accounts Receivable, and the Management team.
* Foster open communication within and outside the team.
* Encourage team members' development and help them maximize their skills.
* Support the onboarding process for new team members and promote consistent learning within the team.
* Ensure data is available to support decision-making and maintain consistency in process execution across the team.
* Act as hiring manager for the team.
Requirements:
* Educational background in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in order management within an international and fast-paced environment.
* 3+ years of proven leadership experience.
* Strong understanding of the purchase order process and invoicing in the software industry.
* Proven leadership and team-building skills, passionate about helping people grow.
* Excellent communication and listening skills.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Valuing high-quality work.
* Ability to think critically.
* Knowledge of Salesforce.com.
* Fluent English.
