SENIOR BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE ANALYST
(NO REMOTE)
For this position we are looking for a professional accustomed to making technological decisions and managing requests from various departments based on business priorities and needs.
This role requires combining strong analytical skills with knowledge and experience in Business Intelligence solutions, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, to interact clearly and convincingly with cross-functional stakeholders.
The ideal profile is able to work closely with key stakeholders (mainly at C-level) to create systematic insights, data visualization, intuitive dashboards and data modeling to support strategically analysis in decision-making processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Finance, ICT) to capture requirements, policies and procedures for the collection and analysis, develop tools, processes, and best practices for continuous data collection, analysis, massive outputs, and presentations/reports.
- Cooperate with ICT Department to implement software and hardware upgrades to leverage big data use cases
- Build and iterate dashboards for Revenue/Pipeline, Marketing Performance (ROAS, CAC, LTV, attribution), and Customer360 with solid UX and governance.
- Design and develop LOOK ML (views, joins, explores, refinements/extends) and define reusable measures/dimensions.
- Performance & governance: PDTs/Aggregate Awareness, datagroups/cache, query optimization; implement RLS via user attributes and folder permissions.
- Own the KPI Catalog (definitions, business rules, owners, granularity) and maintain documentation/playbooks.
- Implement new data procurement and data analysis
- Implement new techniques and technologies, data visualization and modeling, trend identification
- Balance the line between ICT and the business:
* Programming, data modeling and statistics
* Analytical thinking and problem-solving
* Communication
- Monitor analytics and metrics results
- Perform data profiling to identify and understand anomalies
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, data science, engineering, or a related field
- 5 + years of work experience Database and data architecture design
- 5 + years of experience in Data Warehouse Business Intelligence
- Deep Knowledge of BI principles, Data Analytics, Data Warehousing, Data Modelling and reporting tools
- Deep expertise with Looker and LookML (explores, joins, reusable views, PDTs/aggregate tables, datagroups, user attributes/RLS, performance tuning).
- Exposure to web analytics and MarTech (Matomo, Mautic/CRM, Ads APIs/platforms).
- Power BI for creating charts, graphs and other data visualizations
- Strong SQL and dimensional data modeling (facts/dimensions)
- Experience with Dataform/dbt on BigQuery (tests, documentation, CI/CD)
- Cost governance on BigQuery (materializations, partitions, aggregate tables)
- Proficient in ETL - extract, transform, load (e.g., Airbyte)
- Hands‑on delivery for Sales/Marketing/Finance analytics
- Ability to define and compute KPI such as ROAS, CAC, LTV, ARPU/ARPA, pipeline metrics
- Familiarity with attribution (last‑click and position‑based 40/20/40)
- Excellent knowledge of the most common end-user tools (Excel) and DBMS’s (SQL, Elastic, Redis, Postgres)
- Practical experience with programming languages for extracting and manipulating data sets (Python, SQL, R, etc.)
- A/B testing basics and statistics
- Critical thinking and problem-solving
- A good understanding of business practices
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership and project management experience
