Establishing and enforcing robust internal controls and processes to safeguard organisational assets, as well as managing cash flow and liquidity, are key responsibilities.

The Senior Financial Strategist must ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations and reporting requirements in each jurisdiction. Partnering with legal & tax advisors and local teams to manage audits is an essential part of this role. Leading, mentoring, and developing a finance team of 25 across Europe is a key aspect of this role. The Senior Financial Strategist will be responsible for driving the growth and development of the finance team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and expertise to meet the organisation's financial goals.

* Requirements:
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a Master's degree in a relevant business field and equivalent prior work experience and training. Experience in audit is highly desirable. Organised and detail-oriented individuals who are fluent in English, with French or Spanish being a plus, are ideal for this position. Excellent knowledge of accounting and financial processes is essential.
