Responsibilities
* You will provide technical support to our national and international customers.
* You will perform fault analysis on hardware and software issues and test complete CNC systems.
* You will be the technical contact for customer inquiries via phone or helpdesk.
* If interested, there is an opportunity to lead service training for customers and agents.
Requirements
* You have a qualification as an electrician, electronics technician, mechatronics technician, automation technician, or similar (w/m/d).
* Experience in automation technology in mechanical engineering, preferably with machine tools, is important.
* Ideally, you have experience with PLCs, CNC controls, and servo drives.
* Good English skills are mandatory; additional languages such as French or Italian are advantageous but not required.
