**Electrical Design Engineer - Large Scale Projects**

The Engineering Department pushes back the limits of technology to enable physicists to conduct their research. As an Electrical Design Engineer, you will join the Design and Documentation Office (DDO), responsible for delivering electrical designs for various projects. You will work on large-scale electrical projects, including low and high-voltage distribution networks, lighting systems, DC and UPS distribution systems, and earthing networks.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead design engineer for large-scale electrical projects
* Create and update design drawings using CAD software (BricsCAD/AutoCAD)
* Develop cabling schedules and installation drawings
* Update equipment information into databases
* Verify designs comply with industry standards, safety rules, quality requirements, and general requirements
Qualifications:
* Masters degree or equivalent relevant experience in Electrical Engineering or a related field
* Expertise in leading design for large electrical projects, electrical design of HV and LV distribution systems, short circuit calculations, load flow analysis, design of distribution systems, and general electrical circuit design
Technical Competencies:
* Design and modelling of high-voltage and low-voltage electrical circuits and networks using BricsCAD, Dialux, and Eleccalc

* Solving Problems: assimilating large quantities of information, identifying key issues, and formulating conclusions clearly and concisely
