Responsibilities
1. Integrated Marketing Planning: Define the local solution area marketing plan aligned with regional strategy, leveraging marketing technology to drive business priorities through digital, social, email, and events. Collaborate with regional stakeholders to ensure the plan addresses Swiss market needs and regional programs.
2. Integrated Marketing Execution: Develop, implement, and optimize marketing plans based on customer insights, segmentation, and metrics. Ensure compliance with company policies such as privacy, accessibility, and brand standards.
3. Data-Driven Decision Making and Performance Management: Use data and dashboards to optimize marketing strategies. Share insights with teams, inspire action based on marketing signals, and develop strategic responses to market trends.
4. Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget for Switzerland, ensuring adherence to budget principles and guidelines.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field, with experience in integrated marketing, event management, program management, or marketing operations. Equivalent experience may be considered.
