The Project Engineer develops concepts and advises “customers” on decision-making and carries out the detailed engineering plan, applies for the necessary funds and manages the execution of the work. The Project Engineer is responsible for the costs, deadlines and functionality of the project.
Responsibilities Technical project management: In planning and realization of small and middle-sized investment projects with direct impact on current production and/or business results.
In process engineering calculations and plant optimizations
In feasibility studies of new plants and/or rebuilds of existing plants including cost estimation, scheduling and functionality
In the planning, realization and support of production adjustments and product launches
(Concept Development 20%) Elaboration of possible technical solutions with evaluation of advantages and disadvantages
(Team Coordination/ resource management 10%) Procurement and organization of the necessary resources (internal or external) for the professional and timely execution of a project
(Optimization of the processes and transfer of know-how 10%) Optimization of process flows and solution implementation
Requirements Education: Technical Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree (Masters Preferred) preferably in mechanical engineering, process technology, Bio or chemical engineering
Skills: Application and incorporation of professional knowledge in day to day
