Role Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Analytical Consultant to support a late‑stage gene therapy development program. The consultant will play a key advisory role, contributing to analytical strategy, method lifecycle management, and robustness of analytical activities in a regulated environment.
* Provide scientific and strategic guidance on analytical development activities for a late‑stage program
* Support process characterisation from an analytical perspective
* Advise on analytical method development, validation, and transfer
* Review and challenge analytical strategies, study plans, and technical documentation
* Act as a subject matter expert for laboratory personnel and other internal stakeholders
* Contribute to regulatory readiness and ensure compliance with applicable guidelines
* Participate in cross‑functional discussions with development, manufacturing, quality, and regulatory teams
Must‑have
* Strong experience in analytical development for late‑stage development programs
* Method validation
* Method transfer
* Solid understanding of process characterisation
* Experience in a GxP‑regulated environment
* Ability to work in a consultative and advisory role, without direct lab execution
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Initial background or experience in gene therapy would be a nice to have
