As Business Process Integration Manager Finance & Controlling, you drive the end-to-end application landscape for Finance processes across all Schindler subsidiaries worldwide. Acting as a strategic partner to Group Controlling and Corporate Finance, you work closely with senior stakeholders to enhance transparency, consistency, and efficiency. You play a key role in strengthening operational excellence by evolving the global SAP ERP platform and driving process harmonization.
Responsibilities
* Own and drive the end-to-end Finance & Controlling process and application landscape
* Lead global demand management and translate business needs into scalable SAP solutions
* Design and optimize Finance and closing processes within the SAP ERP architecture
* Drive harmonization, simplification, and automation to achieve operational excellence
* Collaborate with the global network of Finance stakeholders and key users
* Ensure compliance and alignment with Group Controlling and Corporate Finance standards
Qualifications
* Degree in business administration, finance or equivalent
* Chartered Accountant, Controller, or equivalent background with solid cost accounting experience
* 7 years of professional experience, combining Finance expertise, SAP/IT affinity, and management of complex business processes
* Strong knowledge of IT and SAP-based Finance solutions, including IT management, governance, and solution architecture design
* Experience in machinery manufacturing industry or similar is highly desirable
* Fluent English; German is a strong advantage
* Openness for travelling up to 20%
