Join us and contribute to the success of the Migros company.What you will accomplish:- Manage the department (approximately 100 employees) and achieve the safety, quality, and productivity objectives defined by management.- Ensure the volumes to be packaged, in collaboration with the Poultry Business Unit.- Promote continuous improvement (LEAN) within the department.- Be responsible for monitoring and developing personnel.- Ensure compliance with current processes and apply corporate guidelines and regulations, notably hygiene and environmental standards.- Actively participate in various projects such as New Product Development.What you bring:- Completed professional apprenticeship in the field of meat products or equivalent qualification.- Federal certificate in a professional field: at least 5 years of professional experience in industrial packaging of meat products.- Proven experience in team leadership.- Solid knowledge in the industrial packaging of meat products.- Leadership skills and ability to use toolkits (MS Office).- Excellent knowledge of French.What we offer you:- Leave: 18 weeks / 3 weeks vacation.- Professional provision: loss of earnings insurance for illness.- Social benefits: Collective Agreement.- Employee meals at Micarna cost between CHF 5.- and CHF 7.-.
