We are currently supporting a leading company in the industrial sector in Switzerland on a large-scale HR transformation program. As part of this initiative, we are looking for an experienced Workday Solution Architect to provide end-to-end architectural oversight across multiple workstreams.Start: ASAPDuration: 3 months (100%) or 6 months (50%)Location: Lausanne area (hybrid working model)Act as the primary functional architecture lead across the programProvide cross-workstream oversight (Workday, integrations, data, reporting)Ensure alignment with overall architectural principles and standardsDrive consistency in solution design and configurationSupport and guide key architectural and design decisionsMaintain an end-to-end view of the solution and resolve architectural challengesRequirementsStrong experience as a Solution Architect in Workday environmentsProven track record in complex system integrations (HR, payroll, third-party systems)Solid understanding of Workday modules (HCM, Recruiting, etc.)Experience working in global transformation programsAbility to operate independently and interact with senior stakeholdersStrong knowledge of data flows, testing and best practices in HR IT landscapesLanguage: English required, French is a huge plusMaybe not for you, but for someone else?
