We are seeking an R&D Equipment Operator to join our R&D team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating various types of equipment and systems used in our industrial R&D Facility: Follow safety guidelines and best practices to ensure safe operation of equipment and compliance with regulatory requirements. Inspect equipment before each use to ensure it is in good working condition and report any maintenance or repair needs to supervisors. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing fluids, lubricating moving parts, and replacing worn or damaged parts, as well as material handling in accordance with safety protocols. Use hand and power tools to adjust and maintain equipment settings and perform minor repairs as needed. Configure controllers, sensors, devices, and communication protocols on equipment with minimal assistance.
