Job Summary
The Project Support Associate (PSA) provides support to the Label Project Manager Team. Specifically, the PSA assists the Project Manager in translation management, getting country approval of proofs and creating Links reports for printing. The PSA create/upload Kit list and is doing other administrative work for the PM Team.
Responsibilities
Create Links Reports based on client supplied information
Request Translation and or Regulatory review from our external vendor
Create or double check Translations Work Order in ATLAS or client specific software
Maintain the client specific ATLAS client library
Create or upload Kit List
Place Label/booklets orders for manufacturing
Log client approved Links Reports into the System (CMAP)
Applies Good Manufacturing Principles in all areas
Minimum Qualifications
Requires understanding and competent use of SOPs required by company Quality standards.
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel.
Requires strong and effective communicator with the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and clients.
Education / Experience
Requires professional degree, preferably in a back office and or client services field
Requires strong interpersonal and communication skills to include excellent relationship building.
Requires proficiency in personal computer applications (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook).
Fluency written and spoken in German and English
