For our dipiù Spa, operating in Ascona in summer and in Champfèr–St. Moritz during the winter season, we are looking to fill the following position, by arrangement:
Cosmetician & Spa Therapist 50-100%

* Performing professional cosmetic treatments such as facial and body treatments, massages, manicures, pedicures, hair removal and other beauty treatments
* Recommending various skin care and beauty products and treatments according to desired needs
* Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through personalised care and tailor-made services
* Maintain a clean, organised and hygienic work area in accordance with hotel standards and legal requirements
* Manage appointments, reservations and guest information using computerised systems
* Develop long-term relationships with guests through excellent service and good advice
* Attend training courses to keep skills up-to-date and follow trends in the beauty industry
* Comply with all legal regulations and guidelines in the cosmetics and spa field

* Completed training as a beautician or comparable qualifications
* Proven experience in performing cosmetic and beauty treatments, ideally in a spa or hotel
* Excellent knowledge of skin care products, beauty treatments and techniques
* Excellent customer service skills and ability to meet the individual needs of guests
* Ability to work in a team and to work in a dynamic environment
* Ability to communicate in German, English and possibly other languages
* Flexibility in terms of working hours, including weekends and public holidays
