As a Lead Product Analyst, you will be a strategic partner within our product organization, responsible for driving business impact by turning complex data into clear, actionable plans. You will proactively identify critical business questions, structure ambiguous problems, and deliver insights that inform key decisions for some really innovative teams at On.
Your Mission
* Drive Strategic Impact: Independently connect with senior Product Leadership and stakeholders across Innovation, Strategy, Design, and Sourcing to understand the full business picture. You will be responsible for defining the key questions, structuring the approach, and delivering insights that drive critical business decisions.
* Structure Ambiguous Problems: Take ownership of complex challenges by effectively structuring the needs of the organization. You will create actionable plans to ensure stakeholders have the right information at the right time to make informed decisions.
* Deliver Proactive Insights: Move beyond reactive reporting to proactively identify, scope, and lead analytical projects. You will act as a thought leader, providing impactful analysis and recommendations that empower stakeholders and drive continuous improvement.
* Empower Data-Driven Culture: Champion a data-driven approach by simplifying complex findings and effectively communicating insights to senior leaders, fostering a culture of curiosity and strategic decision-making.
Your Story
* Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Economics, Data Science, Information Management, or a similar quantitative field. A Master's degree is preferred.
* 5+ years of progressive experience in a strategic analytical role, such as a Lead Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar, preferably within a fast-paced consumer industry or Research & Development.
* Proven track record of structuring and simplifying complex business problems into actionable analytical frameworks.
* Exceptional ability to analyze, model, and interpret large datasets using advanced proficiency in Python and Excel.
* Strong experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Looker, HEX) and advanced SQL capabilities.
* Demonstrated expertise in effective communication and stakeholder management, with the ability to engage, influence, and align with senior leaders.
* You thrive in a dynamic, complex, and evolving environment, showcasing strong autonomy and adaptability to new challenges.
* A collaborative team player with a passion for driving strategic impact and fostering a data-driven culture.
