HUMAN RESOURCES AND OPERATIONS SUPPORT ASSOCIATE
The HR and Operations Support Associate is primarily responsible for executing key aspects of HumanResource Management of the UNOQUIP Group, in close collaboration with GLT and line managers of each employee.
In particular, he/she will manage the monthly payroll in all countries where UNOQUIP employs staff, in collaboration with the relevant external payroll providers (salary changes, absenteeism, change of working hours, time management…). He/she will consult with external recruiters/platforms if and where needed and seek legal advice in cases which require further insights. He/she will be responsible for managing the internal HRIS (Human Resources Information System, Factorial) to assure compliance with legal and organizational requirements.
The incumbent will support the Systems and Operations Manager by acquiring expertise in financial and supply chain processes, and internal systems (e.g. Business Central and PowerBI). He/she will provide accurate, timely and relevant data and information to the business and perform ad-hoc analyses of data to prepare and support management decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
* Align with GLT and hiring managers on the approach of talent acquisition, and the channels by which the search is conducted.
* Support the recruitment and selection processes to ensure hiring the best candidates for the role.
* Ensure the hiring process and onboarding of new employees is being conducted and documented according to the company’s procedures.
Objectives and Performance Management
* Support development of company, teams and individual objectives and their measurements during the year.
* Ensure that all employees have agreed to their annual individual objectives.
* Guide the process of mid-year and annual reviews, by using the Company’s HRIS (Factorial), facilitating meaningful discussions and agreements between employees and their line managers.
* Ensure proper documentation of the outcomes and actions to recognize high performance. Promote individual professional development where appropriate.
Monthly Payroll processing
* Collect all necessary inputs needed for processing payroll, such as changes in salary, working conditions and personal situation of all employees.
* Perform and support monthly payroll processing through external service providers. Ensure compliance with local payroll regulation.
* Ensure alignment with GLT on any changes that may be necessary.
Operations Support
* Develop basic understanding of key business processes of UNOQUIP Group (product ordering, inventory management, sales management, cash collections).
* Support the Systems and Operations Manager in her daily tasks by developing relevant recurring and ad-hoc analytics and KPI’s in Business Central and Power BI systems.
* Take on specific tasks where needed to ensure business continuity.
Qualifications and Experience
Education: Degree in Business Management or HR Management
Experience
* 3-5 years of experience with operational HR matters (recruiting, performance management, payroll)
* Operational exposure (sales support, supply chain or finance) would be a plus
Technical Skills
* Knowledge of payroll processing systems
* Good understanding of labor laws in various jurisdictions across Europe (working times, contractual requirements etc)
* Fluency in spoken and written English is a must; other language skills are beneficial.

Working Conditions
This role is office-based or can be fulfilled in remote settings, according to the Company’s policies. It may require occasional travel across Europe for team meetings and other events.
