That includes managing technical dealer tickets, sometimes trouble shooting on site, including process training, to ensure best in class customer satisfaction /p /lilipPlanning and organizing regular dealer visits, meetings, workshops, and other activities with regional partners. Be responsible for the after-sales projects development, execution, and assessment. /p /lilipWork closely together with the level 2 field engineers and the level 2 warranty expert /p /lilipCreate and hold online training sessions when necessary and support creation of e-learnings and or webinars and tutorial videos /p /lilipWork closely together with the quality department and RD department /p /lilipEnsure on site support during product launches, fairs and other events where product support is required. /p /lilipPerform technical pre-approvals for particular dealer warranty repair requests. /p /lilipSupport analytics of tickets and trouble shooting to identify quality issues and identify the best resolution methodsbrstrongLocation: /strong Switzerland | Full-TimebrstrongDepartment: /strong AfterSales /ppstrongReports to: /strongHead of AfterSales in Switzerland /p /li /ulpstrongQualifications: /strong /pullipStrong automotive technical background including all required certificates to work on HV systems, ideally gained through real workshop experience. /p /lilip3+ years of experience in a similar role in automotive/ E-mobility within importer or OEM. /p /lilipOrganized with communication skills and an understanding of differences between countries, cultures, regulations. Self-learning, the ability to discover and solve problems. /p /lilipExcellent written and verbal communication skills in German language and English is a must. /p /lilipFrench and/or Italian language skills are a clear asset. /p /lilipHigh-level attention to details, time management and accuracy.
