Buhler group in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is looking for a passionate professional to join our team as Service Agreement Execution Engineer. This role is responsible to support the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate would assist Field Service Engineers & Service Operation Manager in coordinating tasks, tracking progress, managing documentation, and ensuring the projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
This is where you'll excel
* Coordinate project activities, schedules, and resources to ensure smooth project execution.
* Assist Project Managers in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
* Track project progress and maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
* Communicate project updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders and team members.
* Organize and facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
* Monitor deliverables and follow up with team members to ensure deadlines are met.
* Identify potential risks or issues and elevate them appropriately.
* Maintain project tools, trackers, and dashboards.
* Support management processes and ensure proper approvals and documentation.
* Ensure compliance with organizational processes and project governance standards.
These are the skills you'll need
* Bachelor's degree in business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum 4 years of experience in project management or similar roles.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Arabic).
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
