Your Impact
You'll take ownership of a central Engineering Lifecycle Management (ELM) platform, ensuring the seamless flow of data across development, testing, and validation processes.
Your work will directly support engineering teams in delivering high-quality, compliant medical products .
What You'll Be Doing
Managing and optimising a leading Engineering Lifecycle Management platform (IBM ELM)
Supporting Requirements Engineering (DOORS Next) & Test Management modules
Acting as a key contact for 2nd & 3rd level support across engineering teams
Collaborating with external cloud partners to ensure stable system operations
Driving continuous improvements across tools, workflows, and integrations
Supporting DevOps & infrastructure-related topics within the platform
Coordinating between IT, engineering teams, and external stakeholders
Delivering training and enabling users to get the most out of the platform
What We're Looking For
5+ years' experience in application management, system operations, or similar environments
Experience with ALM / PLM tools (e.g. IBM ELM, DOORS, Polarion) is highly advantageous
Understanding of cloud, infrastructure, or DevOps environments
Strong stakeholder management & communication skills
Passion for supporting users and improving systems
Business proficient German & English
