Compliance Specialist: Ensuring Regulatory Excellence

The Compliance Manager role at Ascent is a critical position that requires a high level of expertise in regulatory compliance. This individual will provide counsel and operational support to senior management, ensuring that all policies, processes, and audits are aligned with industry trends and regulatory standards.

* Develop and maintain compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure regulatory adherence.
* Assist in the creation and delivery of compliance training content across the organization.
* Oversee and manage systems, tools, and vendors used by the Legal & Compliance team.
* Collaborate with departments such as Internal Controls, Audit Shared Services, IT, Finance, and HR to ensure compliance processes are effectively embedded across the organization.
* Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on compliance policies and tools.
* Generate and analyze reports to identify gaps and opportunities for improving the compliance framework.

Required Skills and Qualifications
\
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
* 5+ years of relevant experience in compliance, auditing, or a related field.
* Knowledge of the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or PBM industry is preferred.
* Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with a proven ability to assess program metrics and financials.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Office Suite.
* Fluent in English; additional languages, such as German, are a plus.
* Compliance certifications or similar credentials are preferred.
