As a global product owner for the current CPQ Salesforce RCA project, you will be responsible for implementing the first pilot country of the SherpaX SSS project for the service business. You will work closely with the Product Manager and the agile team to develop the smart solution further. Integrations and information management from disparate information systems within the Siemens IT landscape, including interfaces to our Configurator, Knowledge Graph, ERP, and other systems, will be key to enabling end-to-end business processes.

Your new responsibilities include:
* Responsibility for IT-CPQ topics for the SherpaX 3S Service business type for DI / SI.
* Managing team backlog, setting priorities, preparing user stories, and participating in Agile Planning Meetings.
* Being part of an effective Agile Team and coordinating with interfaces such as PO, PM, SM, Architect, Solution Consultants, and Development Team.
* Owning the budget and having full technical and commercial responsibility, including planning, forecasting, and aligning system knowledge with customer needs.
* Overall ownership and approval of all IT service technical and commercial matters within your areas of responsibility.
* Active vendor management related to projects, tracking contract compliance, managing escalations, and performance at a strategic level.
* Supporting the alignment and negotiation of SLAs with customers and monitoring service levels.
Your talents and experiences:
* Several years of experience as a product owner in an international environment.
* Expertise in CPQ solutions, especially related to service offerings.
* Skills in service management, including expectation and risk management.
* Strong leadership qualities and a focus on outcomes.
* A visionary mindset combined with team-oriented skills.
* Knowledge of business processes in CPQ Service Sales.
* Preferred IT and business skills:
o Experience with Salesforce CPQ (CPQ+ or RCA).
o Experience with Salesforce CRM.
o Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
