Bambino Prezioso Switzerland AG, based in Steinhausen ZG, is a successful and rapidly growing distribution company representing the brands Nuna, Joie and Graco. As part of the international Wonderland Group, which employs over 13,000 people worldwide, the Swiss branch is responsible not only for the domestic market but also for coordinating distribution in France and Italy. Our products stand for quality, innovation and safety in baby and children's equipment.

We are looking for a dedicated Customer & Consumer Service Representative (m/f/d) to join us in shaping this journey. As a member of our customer & consumer service team, you will play a key role in the after sales department. You will be the first point of contact for our customers in Switzerland and our European markets, ensuring professional, friendly and solution-oriented support.

What you'll do

1. Customer Service & Case Management

* Providing support to our end customers on all product and service-related matters via email and telephone – in German, French, and Italian
* Independently handling and assessing complaints and warranty cases, including decisions regarding repair, replacement or exchange
* Using and further developing our modern ticket system (Zendesk)
* Analyzing customer feedback and contributing to the optimization of our service processes and standards

2. Technical & Operational Support

* Carrying out minor repairs in-house and coordinating external service processes
* Ordering and managing spare parts, coordination with the warehouse
* Supporting the internal sales team with order intake and order processing
* Collaborating with internal departments such as Product Management and Marketing

What you'll bring

* 1-3 years of experience in customer service, ideally in after-sales or complaint management
* Excellent language skills in French, Italian and German. English is a plus
* Completed commercial or equivalent vocational training
* Technical understanding and manual skills are a plus
* Enjoyment of direct customer contact and solution-oriented work
* Independent, structured, and reliable working style
* Strong service and team orientation
* Very good knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, MS Office; experience with Zendesk is a plus
