The company supports creators, creator-founded businesses, and companies that collaborate with creators by providing growth strategy, paid media management, influencer marketing, and performance optimization services. /p pFounded by Kyle Jansen, who helped grow Skillshare from $5 million to nearly $100 million in revenue, Blanc Space has since worked with more than 50 companies and professionals across the creator economy. /p pAlthough the company operates internationally, a key priority for 2026 is strengthening its integration into Geneva’s business ecosystem through the development of local clients, partnerships, and hiring. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 pMarket Development and Strategy /p ul liConduct a structured analysis of Geneva’s business and marketing ecosystem /li liIdentify key industries, target segments, and high-potential opportunities /li liDevelop and execute a structured prospecting and client acquisition strategy /li /ul pClient Development /p ul liIdentify and develop relationships with Geneva-based clients, including SMEs, creator-related businesses, and other relevant companies /li liBuild and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities /li liHelp convert prospects into sustainable, long-term client engagements /li /ul pPositioning and Messaging /p ul liCo-develop and refine Blanc Space’s positioning for the Geneva market /li liAdapt messaging to address the expectations of local businesses and stakeholders /li /ul pPartnership Development /p ul liIdentify and develop strategic partnerships within the Geneva ecosystem, including accelerators, professional networks, and institutions /li liBuild relationships with key stakeholders in the local ecosystem /li /ul pLocal Representation and Integration /p ul liRepresent Blanc Space at professional events and networking opportunities in Geneva /li liActively contribute to the company’s visibility and integration into the local business community /li /ul h3Candidate Profile /h3 ul li5-7 years of professional experience, ideally in business development, sales, or a client-facing role /li liPrevious experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or an agency environment /li liFluency in French and English, both written and spoken /li liStrong understanding of the Geneva market and the ability to navigate the local business environment, with an existing network among SMEs and mid-sized companies /li liUnderstanding of the creator economy and business models involving collaboration with creators /li liAbility to work effectively in a results-oriented environment /li liEntrepreneurial mindset, strong execution skills, and a high degree of autonomy /li /ul h3Location /h3 pGeneva, Switzerland, with the possibility of working remotely or from a shared workspace /p pbStart date: /b As soon as possible /p pbContract type: /b Part-time, with an expected transition to a full-time position by Q1 2027 /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
