TLNT1_CH Key Responsibilities
You are a brew enthusiast with a strong knowledge of mixology, wine, beverages, and cocktails, which is essential in order to craft FIVE specials that are an integral part of the entertaining FIVE experience
Master the art of upselling and promoting specials to every customer – all while have fun with the guests and your colleagues
Prepare drink orders for guests according to specified recipes using measuring systems
Maintain cleanliness of the entire bar unit, including tables, and other tools, following all set-up guidelines
Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks
Document and communicate any incidents/accidents immediately to management during shift or event
Requisition all necessary supplies such as ice, glassware, and paper provisions as per requirements, specifically bottle-for-bottle liquor restock.
Transporting supplies from storeroom to bar set-up area as required.
Remove soiled wares from bar top and tables and place in designated area.
Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs promptly, ensuring no shortages throughout scheduled function time, and ensuring proper authorization for additional payments as required prior to replenishing.
Adherence to all service standards and FIVE policies
Guarantee a cost-conscious method of working
Participation in internal meetings and training courses
Take over from the previous shift and obtain information at the start of the shift on all relevant information on the volume of business, VIP guests, tasks to be clarified and to be completed and special events - or pass this on to the next shift
Safe handling of all the technical equipment to be used What We're Looking For

Previous bartending experience of 1-2 years is a plus
Swiss work permit holder or EU ID / Passport holder
German language proficiency at B2 level is required.
