Its unique spirit revolves around academic performance, multilingualism and values such as respect and trust. The school is part of the Nord Anglia Education family, the world's leading premium schools’ organisation with 89 schools in 32 countries. In this dynamic environment, both local and international, we invite you to join our team.

We are looking for a Head of Section for our Leadership Camps from June 19 to July 27, 2026.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and oversee daily and weekly schedules for all camp counsellors, ensuring each area of camp is always covered with the appropriate staffing
* Lead, supervise, and support a team of counsellors assigned to their section
* Ensure risk assessments, safety protocols, and risk mitigation are applied consistently
* Oversee daily operations within their section: schedules, equipment, transitions
* Conduct daily briefings and debriefings with their team

* Head of Senior section: Several years’ experience; managing complex sections and higher-risk operations
* Experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record in supervising, mentoring, and supporting staff
* Proven ability to manage complex schedules, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources effectively
* Ability to build trust within the team, approaching issues with empathy and fairness, understanding team dynamics, and resolving conflicts
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Quick thinking, problem-solving and decision-making abilities to resolve issues on the spot and ensure camp operations run smoothly
* Fluent English and proficient in another European language
* Clean criminal records

As part of the application, we’d love to get to know you a little better. Please send us a short video (around 3–5 minutes) introducing yourself: who you are, what you do, and why you’d like to join the camp this summer. Tell us a bit about your experience with children or camps, what motivates you, and how you’d describe your style. Feel free to add a personal touch — a fun fact, a small anecdote, or something you’re excited to bring to the team. Keep it natural and relaxed — we’re simply curious to meet the real you and can’t wait to discover your energy!
