Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer support via chat, email, and telephone to ensure client satisfaction for German-speaking users
Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally
Educate customers about our gaming products and services to enhance their overall experience
Collaborate with team members to maintain high standards of service quality and operational efficiency
Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective record-keeping
Gather customer feedback and share insights with management to foster continuous improvement
Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service competencies
Requirements
Fluency in German and proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous
A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong commitment to customer care
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in using CRM systems and customer support tools is desirable
Willingness to relocate to Malta and adapt to a new cultural setting
A keen interest in gaming and familiarity with the iGaming sector is a valuable advantage
