We are looking for a Scrum Master & Platform Engineer to support our Cloud Platform team in delivering and evolving our enterprise cloud landing zone and Kubernetes platform across cloud and on‑premise environments. In this dual role, you will blend technical execution with Agile leadership—driving both code and collaboration.
YOUR CHALLENGE
* Lead Agile ceremonies as Scrum Master, facilitating Sprint Planning, daily Stand‑ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives to keep delivery focused and transparent
* Support the operation and evolution of our enterprise cloud and Kubernetes platforms, ensuring high availability, performance, and compliance
* Partner closely with the Product Owner to manage and refine the backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities and technical dependencies
* Champion continuous improvement by identifying bottlenecks, driving root‑cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions—both technically and within team processes
* Ensure adherence to change management processes, security policies, and regulatory requirements across all platform activities
* Apply Scrum principles and practices effectively, fostering an environment of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning
YOUR PROFILE
* Educational background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
* Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master applying Scrum principles and practices
* Proven hands‑on experience as a Cloud/Kubernetes engineer or platform operator in enterprise‑scale environments
* Strong skills around Azure Cloud
* Strong scripting and automation skills using languages such as Bash, Python, and Go
* Proficiency with configuration formats such as YAML and JSON
* Familiarity with Infrastructure‑as‑Code tools (e.g., Ansible, Helm, Crossplane)
* Scrum Master certification (SAFe preferred) and/or cloud certification is a plus
* Highly self‑motivated and proactive team player with a strong sense of ownership, a hands‑on mentality, and the ability to drive and manage change independently
* Excellent interpersonal and problem‑solving skills, with a proven ability to transfer knowledge effectively and support team success in dynamic environments
