Training :
* Master’s degree in computer science, EPF engineering diploma or equivalent.
* Or university bachelor’s degree in computer science, or equivalent.
* Certification in the testing profession.
Core competencies :
* Cumulative experience of over 5 years in the management and execution of functional integration tests (manual testing).
* Over 5 years’ cumulative experience in test automation (Robot Framework, Selenium, Postman, Tricentis, etc.).
o Front, back and web service automation.
* Test industry certification (ISTQB foundation or equivalent).
* Proficiency in at least one recognized test management methodology (e.g. ISTQB, TMAP, etc.).
* At least one test management experience on a project using an agile methodology (Scrum, etc.).
* Project experience of over 1,000 man-days.
* Master JIRA.
* Proficiency in at least one test management tool (e.g. Xray, ALM/QC, etc.).
Optional skills that would represent a plus :
* Master the Behaviour Driven Development (BDD) method.
* Experience in public administration.
* Test management certification (ISTQB – Advanced – Test management).
Role and activities:
For several projects of the “Post Authorization” program, take on the role of test manager, testers, test automator:
* In collaboration with the project manager, define the integration test strategy.
* Monitor and manage tests.
* Reporting.
* Tester (40%)
o Prepare tests.
o Run tests.
o Detect, document and track anomalies.
o Test patches.
* Test Automator (50%)
o Automate non-regression tests.
o Industrialize quality assurance.
+ Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines.
+ Integrate execution and results feedback with Jira / Xray.
+ Monitor results.
o Execution in integration environment, acceptance testing.
Qualifications :
* Clearly communicate any problems found to developers and other stakeholders.
* Strong ability to interact with management and excellent communication skills.
* A good understanding of the technologies used in software development (languages: Java, Python).
* Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
* Correctly interpret project requirements to ensure that the software meets them.
* Be able to think of unconventional test scenarios that could reveal hidden defects.
* Demonstrate leadership, commitment and dynamism.
* Ability to listen, analyze, synthesize and communicate.
* Be able to innovate and adapt.
* Willingness to work as part of a team and share knowledge.
* Have a constructive attitude to change.
