About Your Future Role
Build and execute a scalable partner acquisition strategy for ISV/ECR/UAT ecosystems, ensuring a strong and continuous pipeline of qualified partners
Identify, acquire, and onboard new partners, including leading commercial negotiations and contract finalisation
Orchestrate and oversee end-to-end partner onboarding, including close coordination with technical teams to ensure smooth integration and time-to-market
Manage and develop existing partner relationships with a focus on growth, performance optimisation, and long‑term value creation
Drive joint go‑to‑market activities with partners to accelerate front‑book acquisition and unlock back‑book opportunities
Act as the internal voice of the partner, ensuring alignment across Sales, Product, Integrations, and Support teams
Collaborate closely with Partner Success to enable partners through training, performance tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives

Essential Qualifications
Proven experience in partner management, business development, or strategic sales within ISV, ECR, POS, or payments ecosystems
Strong technical understanding of integrated payment solutions and POS systems or the ability to quickly build this expertise
Demonstrated success in acquiring and scaling partnerships, including commercial negotiation and deal structuring
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to align cross‑functional teams
Fluent in German and strong proficiency in English
Bonus Skills
Existing network within the Swiss or CH ISV/ECR landscape
Understanding of different partner models
Experience working in international or matrix organisations
Analytical mindset with the ability to track partner performance and derive actionable insights
