Working Student (m/f/d) - Finance & Delivery Support (ABS) About the Job As a Working Student, you will be part of Allianz Technology and support the Delivery organization of Allianz Business Services (ABS). Your role focuses on operational support in financial topics within ABS, in particular the preparation, maintenance and consolidation of data, Excel based tracking and reporting, and the structured collection of information from different stakeholders. You support the day to day work of the Finance and Delivery teams with clearly defined tasks and contribute to transparency and data quality, without carrying end to end responsibility for topics or decisions. What you do Maintain, update, and ensure the quality of Excel spreadsheets, including pivot tables, comparison lists, and tracking sheets. Collect, consolidate, and validate data from various teams, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Create regular reporting overviews, perform basic evaluations, and support the development of controlling and tracking tools (Excel, optionally Power BI). Conduct small-scale data analyses (e.g., variance analyses, trends) and prepare structured inputs for team decisions. Create and update presentation materials (PowerPoint) and support forecasting and budgeting processes in collaboration with ABS Finance. Assist in the preparation of internal reviews and coordinate individual tasks to ensure completeness of information. Follow up on status updates and evidence in a structured and organized manner. What you bring Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business, Informatics, Data/Business Analytics, or a related field. Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and clean data structuring (basic knowledge of PowerQuery is a plus). Strong attention to detail, structured working style, and reliability. Interest in working with numbers, data maintenance, and operational tasks. Independent and proactive working style within clearly defined tasks and responsibilities. Good command of both German and English (written and spoken). Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use This role is designed for a duration of 9–12 months with a workload of 40–60%, offering flexibility to balance work and studies.
