Skills * Technician or engineer background in timber construction is required. * Strong knowledge of Swiss building regulations and standards. * Experience in project calculation and team collaboration is essential. Your tasks: * * Management and coordination of demanding projects in engineered timber construction and timber element construction * * Responsibility for quality-, deadline- and budget-compliant project execution * * Independent conduct of tender negotiations * * Central contact person for customers, clients and project participants * * Technical and commercial overall coordination from planning to assembly * * Support in acquisition and project development up to execution * Your skills: * * Further training as a technician HF timber construction, timber construction master, foreman or timber construction engineer with a timber construction background * * Know-how in multi-storey timber construction as well as in engineered timber construction * * Solid knowledge of Swiss building regulations and standards * * Assertiveness and constructive interaction with all parties involved * * Teamwork skills and high personal responsibility * * Knowledge of MS Office, optionally ERP, NPK, Cadwork * * High affinity for digitalisation, automated production etc. * * Practical experience in the calculation of timber construction projects * Your prospects: An exceptionally well-trained, experienced and motivated team that supports you during your induction.
