This Position reports to:
Warehouse/Internal Logistics Manager
Your role and responsibilities
* Motivate, organize, and promote teamwork within the team to ensure productivity and KPI (Key Performance Indicator) targets are met.
* Collaborate with relevant interfaces, resolve issues as they arise, and continuously improve process flows.
* Conduct regular employee reviews and define individual development goals to systematically support and advance team members.
* Oversee operational control and administrative completion of all transport processes within our extended workbench concept, ensuring proper, timely, and cost-efficient execution.

Qualifications for the role
* 3–5 years of professional experience in logistics, production supply, or in roles such as team leader or logistics specialist.
* Proficient in ERP systems (SAP) and warehouse management systems (WM/LVS), including independent execution of postings, inventory management, and system evaluations.
* Strong team orientation and solution-driven mindset combined with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Federal diploma as logistics specialist or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
* Proficiency in German (spoken and written); English is an asset.
* Clean criminal record.
