The successful candidate will act as a strategic legal advisor and a trusted partner to senior management, Board of Directors and senior leadership, overseeing a broad range of legal, regulatory, governance, compliance and strategic business matters while supporting the company’s operational and commercial objectives. /p pThis is a key position within the company; the General Counsel works closely with the Management Board and Board of Directors and being actively involved in both strategic projects and the day‑to‑day business and operations of the organization. The position requires close involvement in executive decision‑making processes and regular interaction with Management Board, the Board of Directors, shareholders, regulatory authorities, and key external stakeholders. /p pThe role includes leading the Company’s legal and regulatory function, managing a team of three experienced legal professionals and one senior regulatory affairs manager and partnering closely with senior leadership across the organization.
