Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Study Coordinator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing clinical studies, with a strong background in life sciences and a deep understanding of the Swiss research and regulatory landscape.
Responsibilities will include coordinating and managing clinical research projects, ensuring compliance with ethics committees, Swissmedic, and international regulatory standards, and overseeing study protocols, ethics submissions, patient recruitment, data management, and monitoring.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for liaising with investigators, study sites, regulatory authorities, and sponsors, as well as supporting the development of study documentation, case report forms, and final reports.
In addition, they will write, review, and approve study data analysis documents using SOPs, and collaborate with clinical project managers and other data team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Higher degree (Bachelor/Master) in life sciences, nursery or related field
* Proven experience (5+ years) in managing clinical studies, ideally in MedTech or diabetes
* Deep knowledge of the Swiss research and regulatory landscape, including Swiss Ethics committees, Swissmedic, and GCP
* Excellent knowledge of clinical trials from first-in-human through post marketing
* Proactive, hands-on attitude with the ability to work independently and drive projects forward
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
