Accountabilities
Manage the full‑cycle recruitment process for IT and technical roles, from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with business goals
Lead and mentor the IT Talent Acquisition team, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement
Conduct direct sourcing, headhunting, and market mapping to identify top‑tier candidates globally
Oversee candidate experience and ensure a smooth, professional recruitment journey
Contribute to HR initiatives and projects, supporting broader organizational talent strategies
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in an international hiring environment
Proven track record in recruiting for technical roles, with expertise in sourcing and headhunting techniques
Experience or familiarity with hiring in AI, ML, or NLP domains is a strong advantage
Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide teams and influence stakeholders
Fluency in Russian (native or near‑native) and strong English proficiency (B2 or higher)
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic, and fully remote environment
