Role Overview
Randstad Digital is looking for a MES Specialist with hands‑on experience in Werum PAS‑X V3 to support the design, deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement of manufacturing execution systems within a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment. You will collaborate closely with operations, digital systems teams, quality assurance, and validation stakeholders to ensure reliable digital manufacturing processes and system compliance.
Key Responsibilities
* Support design, configuration, deployment, and maintenance of Werum PAS‑X V3 MES workflows.
* Ensure end‑user onboarding and training before go‑live and for future upgrades or system changes.
* Provide frontline support to shop‑floor users to ensure seamless execution of digital batch processes.
* Prepare and maintain MES procedures, technical documentation, and operational reports.
* Provide technical input and troubleshooting guidance during manufacturing activities.
* Contribute to qualification and validation activities in collaboration with digital systems and validation teams.
* Maintain system compliance with applicable standards (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, Annex 11) and internal QA procedures.
* Initiate and support deviations, investigations, and CAPA actions within the scope of MES.
* Contribute to change‑control processes and risk assessments (CCP, FMEA, etc.).
* Promote operational excellence by identifying improvements in digital workflows and system usage.
Candidate Profile
Education
Master’s degree in IT, Digital Systems, Data Engineering, Automation, or related field.
Experience
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, digital systems, or MES tools. Hands‑on experience with Werum PAS‑X V3 is strongly preferred.
