Overview Your Mission
Take ownership of the SAP SuccessFactors landscape: projects, change requests and 3rd level support
Manage integrations with SAP HCM (transition phase), SAP S/4HANA, IAM platforms and HR tools
Ensure data consistency, system stability and high performance
Coordinate release processes and system configuration
Collaborate closely with HR stakeholders, SaaS providers and internal IT teams
Qualifications 5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors engineering or integrations
Strong technical understanding of system interfaces and data flows
Good knowledge of SAP HCM and IAM environments
German C1 and English B2
Willing to travel up to 10% (Germany and USA)
