Maintain, configure, and enhance SAP S/4HANA CO processes
Identify and implement opportunities for automation and process harmonization
Contribute to and support SAP S/4HANA rollout projects
Serve as a trusted advisor to management accounting and controlling functions
Provide second-level support and guidance to key users
Organize and lead training sessions and workshops to promote effective system usage
Collaborate with external service providers and participate in Change Advisory Board discussions
Ensure alignment with local regulatory requirements and IT governance policies
Support security and authorization management within the SAP environment
Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
Proven experience in SAP consulting or SAP in-house support
Strong knowledge of SAP Record-to-Report (R2R) processes, with a focus on SAP CO and Material Ledger
Familiarity with SAP integration in the R2R-CO domain
Experience in project management considered an asset
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Demonstrated ability to identify and drive process improvements
Fluency in English and German ; additional language skills are an advantage
